IMI-qt Investments

As a conglomeration of many IMI Corp Affiliates and IMI Corp Partners, IMI Corp is responsible for financing and management of the conglomerate, and also for assisting in procuring funding for the Affiliates.

IMI-qt is a domestic company under Vietnamese law, in which IMI has only up to 30% investment. IMI Corp will support IMI-qt grow toward fully-autonomous status within a four- to five-year span, providing IMI-qt with the full range of IMI Corp services, including development through education and training, project and early operations management, technology and human resource transfer management, and procurement.

Investment Phases by Methods

• Investment by our Founders and Board of Directors
• Investment from preferred shareholders having invested early
• Public investments from stockholders
• Loans from the various financial institutions and organizations supporting IT-for-healthcare development
• Investment from venture companies for the remaining balance.

Currently, IMI-qt has completed Phase One and is now in Phase Two.
